Roger Federer has announced he is traveling to Rome, but hasn’t decided if he will play.
The Swiss comes from winning 5 straight high level matches in consecutive days at the Madrid Masters Open, which he won for a third time.

If Roger drops out of the Rome draw, he would basically have no real clay exposure running into Roland Garros.
Although @FedererLife fans would like Roger to play in Rome, it is never negative to take some rest prior to exhausting Grand Slam 5 set matches.
